What Bible Says About Good Friday?
It is written in Matthew Chapter 7 verses 45 to 55, Jesus Dies on the Cross;
45 Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land. 46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”
47 Some of those who stood there, when they heard that, said, “This Man is calling for Elijah!” 48 Immediately one of them ran and took a sponge, filled it with sour wine and put it on a reed, and offered it to Him to drink.
49 The rest said, “Let Him alone; let us see if Elijah will come to save Him.”
50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.
51 Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, 52 and the graves were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; 53 and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.
54 So when the centurion and those with him, who were guarding Jesus, saw the earthquake and the things that had happened, they feared greatly, saying, “Truly this was the Son of God!”
55 And many women who followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering to Him, were there looking on from afar, 56 among whom were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and [n]Joses, and the mother of Zebedee’s sons.

Facts About Good Friday!
It is heartbreaking that fact Jesus Christ agonized so much on the cross. But the clear meaning is behind all these incidents; is really a piece of good news for every true Christ-follower or Christian. We want to tell that according to the Bible Jesus suffered all that to fulfil all prophecies written in the old testament of the Bible and to redeem entire from the power of sin and death.
It is written in 1 Corinthians 15:55-57 in the new testament of the bible
55- Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?
56- The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.
57- But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The meaning is not what we see clearly about the Passion of Christ to suffer and to die on the cross but it was all the deliverance work was done by Him for the entire humankind. He delivered everyone from the power of death who was prisoned by Satan himself.
What Happened When Jesus was on the Cross?
We want to discuss when Jesus was suffering on the cross; He was bearing all for of us; he suffered all in place of us. It was our place where Jesus Christ was. Father God punished Him in place of us, and because of this, He delivered all who believe Him. How good and awesome news is for all who believe.
That is why Christians celebrate this day as a Good Friday because it is so good day. After three days rose from the dead with a new life. He did all to deliver the whole world from the power of sin who believe in all His great sacrifice and sufferings. He became the King of Kings and An Eternal to rule over everything for eternity. Hallelujah! WE GIVE YOU ALL GLORY TO YOU JESUS… HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY.
